We are honored that you would visit and take time to learn about our national organization, our chapter, and our members. As part of the Motivated Mid-Western Region, we have been proud to serve the Colorado community since 1979.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is an exemplary organization founded on a legacy of sisterhood and service. We were the first African-American interest sorority founded in the United States on the campus of Howard University in 1908. Since that time we have responded to the world's increasing complexity by empowering communities through our service initiatives and progressive programs.
Our journey has brought us a mighty long way and the 21st century is upon us. Mu Omega Omega, the Aurora chapter, has committed itself to be the servant leaders within our communities. Creating Excellence, Strength, and Perpetuity for our community ensures our legacy will continue. We are here to provide wings to those in our community and beyond. We strive to provide extraordinary service to ALL mankind.
